6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall IFDP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. IFDP’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access or use the Platform. As the Platform is provided free of charge, there will be no fees or payments involved.
