I took the initiative to create a new sales funnel system, manage marketing campaigns with media houses, and develop an after-sales customer handling mechanism. These efforts helped to turn the club around and make it profitable. * **Building a Strong Client Base for Ilmversity:** As the first employee at Ilmversity, I had the opportunity to create an ecosystem for future team members and contribute to the company's early growth. My efforts in sales and business development led to over 100 recurring clients, helping Ilmversity grow from a startup to an established organization. * **Founding Aameeq and Pioneering VR Learning in Pakistan:** Driven by my passion for education and the potential of VR technology, I founded Aameeq, Pakistan's first VR learning platform. This experience ignited a passion in me to explore how emerging technologies could be harnessed to transform the learning landscape, ultimately leading me to VR and the founding of Aameeq. * **My background in the training and development industry gave me insights into the challenges faced by educators and learners.** Through my roles at Training Impact Limited, Alif Ailaan, and Atmosphere Fitness, I gained firsthand experience in designing and delivering training programs, managing educational projects, and advocating for improved learning opportunities. This experience exposed me to the limitations of traditional learning approaches and highlighted the need for innovative solutions that could cater to diverse learning styles, enhance knowledge retention, and equip individuals with practical skills. This understanding of the industry's needs, coupled with my growing interest in technology, solidified my belief that VR could revolutionize education and training. These two key influences fueled my entrepreneurial drive and led me to establish Aameeq.
