At Saheli, we believe every woman deserves a companion who helps her understand her body, track her health, and access timely, accurate advice—without stigma. The app offers features like cycle tracking, pregnancy milestones, nutrition tips, mental health check-ins, and FAQs—all customized to language, literacy level, and cultural sensitivity.
